Willy Kotiuga
Board Director

Willy Kotiuga spent most of his career as a Senior Director in one of the world’s largest engineering firms. He worked in over twenty-five countries advising governments, funding agencies, and private investors on long-term infrastructure development in the power sector. His specialty is managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Willy serves on the executive committees of several para-church organizations, including Bakke Graduate University, where he is Chairman of the Board of Regents. In addition, he is actively involved in promoting faith-based dialogue in Workplace Ministries, where he speaks extensively in small meetings, university courses, seminars, retreats, and conferences on the value of faith in a secular environment.

Willy’s association with the Lausanne Movement began when he organized the Faith at Work program for the 2010 Cape Town Congress. In 2019 he was the program chair for the Lausanne Global Workplace Forum in Manila. He currently serves on the executive committee of the Lausanne / WEA Global Integrity Network and is a member of the Board of the Lausanne Movement Canada.

He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of King’s College (Halifax, Nova Scotia). He lives in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, with his wife, Nita. They both attend Westview Bible Church, where Nita served on the pastoral team for twelve years until her retirement.
